  1. This monetary voucher is redeemable fromt the date of issue and does not expire.
  2. Gift Vouchers are redeemable at any of our MINT Properties in South Africa including when dining at our restaurants and property owned Spas.
  3. Where the purchaser and recipient differ, the onus in on the purchaser to advise the recipient of the validity date of the gift voucher.
  4. Individuals below the age of 21 years are not eligible to purchase and to redeem vouchers.
  5. Monetary/Cash vouchers may only be redeemed once. Remaining funds will be forfeited.
  6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed.
  7. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or bartered.
  8. No cash refund will be given as change, any credit balance will remain on the gift voucher.
  9. The issuer reserves the right in the interests of security to contact the purchaser and request further verification prior to the issue or redemption of a voucher.
  10. Gift vouchers are available in any value, with a minimum purchase value for R5 500.00
