Our Public Privacy Policy applies on our website www.minthotels.co.za & governs our data collection and usage.This policy provides information on how we collect information and how this information is used. You only need to provide us with your personal information once when making a booking to stay with us at any of our Hotels and when making a payment. This will also be needed if you sign up to any of our newsletters or mailers or make use of any of our services which require your personal information.When doing any of the above mentioned, you consent that we use your personal information data as set out in this policy.

MINT Hotels collects, with your consent, your personally identifiable information, such as your name, surname, company details and/or department and/or VAT number (if travelling for business) your residential address – street name and/or house number and/or postal code, city, country of residence, language, phone number, e-mail address, ID, or Passport number along with your date of birth.
