Freshh Café offers diners only the freshest of ingredients, located in the lobby of the Hotel. Our team of Hosts are ready to welcome guests, friends and families wanting to try something FRESHH! MINT Hotels have become synonymous with offering only the best service & value for money with Freshh Café launching a new menu this December!

Our MINT Express Melrose View – General Manager, Jesse Dietrich, is a former Executive Chef she curated a menu that offers guests a range of “local is lekker” with international flare. Start your day with a our new Buffet Breakfast with the choice to enjoy our continental offering or the full buffet, we have also upgraded our A la Carte breakfast offering should you prefer not to have a buffet and for those on the run we have added a take-away menu for breakfast or we can pack you lunch before heading out for the day.

Our Lunch and separate Dinner menus include Salads, Pizzas, Burgers, Sandwiches, Pies, Pastas with signature dishes ranging from a delicious Lamb Shank, Beef Ribs, Half-Chicken, Curries and a local delicacy Oxtail.

To Sweeten our offering we partnered with Kingelato, a proudly South African gelato company that since 2013 – together with an expert gelato confectioner, that retail real authentic gelato in the very same way gelato has been made for centuries in Italy to offer you a range individual tubs or delicious milkshakes We have also serve a selection of freshly backed cakes daily!

Cafés are known world-wide for service the best coffees, at Freshh we serves internationally renowned Puro Fairtrade Coffee. Established over two centuries ago they source coffee beans from Fairtrade co-operatives who bring together hundreds of smallholder farmers that share their knowledge and dedication for growing coffee under the shades of native trees, in harmony with the environment. With every cup you drink a donation is made to protect the rainforest including reforestation programmes and creating protected areas in the local areas where the beans are grown.
